About
Geri DeWeerd is a part-time instructor at Redeemer. Geri is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has worked in Financial Services for her entire career. She has been employed full-time by the same company for over 30 years with a variety of roles in Management, Administration, Operations, User Development and Project Management. Geri has also previously taught at Conestoga College.
Geri has volunteered at various Christian educational institutions on the Board of Directors in roles of Treasurer and Chairperson. She has also served on committees for Human Resources and Stewardship as well as spent time as a Youth Leader.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling with her husband, cycling, baking and spending time with friends and family (including the cutest two grandsons ever!).
